An amazing theatrical presentation! Every line and gesture was part of a great dance that continued through the entire production. Even if Imperial Russian society is not your cup of tea, the cinematics are so beautiful it will not be a waste of your time to see this one.
The slower parts of the book are not in the movie, and there is less focus on the politics.
