David Michôd brings to the screen an eerie depiction of a Melbourne crime family. It's not as glamorous or over-the-top as Underbelly, but that's part of its charm. Superb performances from Jackie Weaver, Ben Mendelsohn, Guy Pearce, and James Frecheville.
Definitely one of the better looking, better plotted, and better executed movies Australian cinema's produced.
