Review of Angst (1983) by Simon D — 26 Jan 2013
Superbly made Austrian gem. So good to wonder "how did they do that shot?" while watching something that's pre-digital. The story is very simple but compelling. There's love in every camera move.
The main character is awkward and delirious. I have to thank Gasper Noe for giving this good press. It's a real pity the director of Angst never made another film.
