Review of Anger Management (2003) by Jon C — 25 Jun 2013
For 2003:
We all need a little anger management so to speak in our lives.
Ever had too many moments where you're so bothered by everything, stressed out and just have to let it all out?
Well 'Anger Management' does just that taking advantage of Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson's ripe chemistry.
Sandler is timid, nervous, shy and unhappy with his life just being rotated for him.
So Nicholson steps in after a plane fiasco and Sandler is sentence to anger management therapy.
It's so funny who else is in the circle of truth including John Tuturro, Luiz Guzman...oh and January Jones!
A lot of the comedy is actually more up to standard's than most of Sandler's usual dreadful material.
And they throw at you almost every ridiculous form of anger management improvement and it's actually funny.
It's one of the rare comedies that knows its ridiculousness.
