Review of Angels Die Hard (1970) by Senor C — 13 Feb 2012
Angels Die Hard is a little too mild mannered compared to many biker movies Ive seen but it does have William Smith in it (& R G Armstrong) so it's able to hold a little more for me then just causal viewing.
Those familiar w/ the genre will more then likely be a bit disappointed @ what this actually serves up & to be truthful it is a bit weak overall (hence why it didn't really get picked up until the 80s by New Line) but it does have it's moments.
I liked when the funeral director they took on the road w/ them to bury their friend decides to mellow out & trip a bit w/ some pills. Personally I have never been one to dabble in the blue ones, the yellow ones & the white ones but sometimes in incidences like these I wish I had a little more disrespect for my body & mind.
Im just not one for the chemical reaction risk. That's too bad because he looks like he was having a damn good time. Goddamn you Hollywood for glamorizing drugs!!
