Review of Angel-A (2005) by Dave D — 12 Apr 2008
What could have been a cheesy God bothering morality tale is lifted by fantastic performances by the 2 leads, spot on direction by Luc Besson and gorgeous cinematography by Thierry Arbogast. Subtle shifts from comedy to drama are handled in a way that reminds me why Luc Besson it not just a visual artist but an all round star!
