Review of Angel-A (2005) by The Renegade Critic — 13 Jun 2008
"Angel-A" is the strong willed female offspring of Clarence from "A Wonderful Life" and Damiel from "Der Himmel über Berlin" (Wings of Desire). Although some of the cinematography is awesome, the movie never rises to the level of it's parents. Even though it's not a great movie, it's worth a viewing.
The recurring shots of bridges over the Seine in Paris is a redeeming quality of "Angel-A".
