Gorgeous cinematography and heartfelt performances make this otherwise typical morality tale a special treat. It's CITY OF ANGELS meets IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE in a slick, simple package. I had no idea what to expect, but I thoroughly enjoyed this film.
