Review of Angel-A (2005) by John S — 22 Mar 2009
Sweet story about impossible love between a hopelessly bad wheeler-dealer and a statuesque slut/angel. The photography of Paris is breathtaking and the scenes of an empty Paris are visually stunning. Besson makes Paris as much the protagonist as Debbouze and Rasmussen.
Its not Leon, but its a whole lot better than the 5th Element!
