I confess to being apprehensive going to see this. Despite my tough manly exterior, I'm a softy and I love my dad dearly so the subject matter was always going to be tough. And it was, but I wouldn't have missed it.
It's so rare for a story to take you through real territory of broken, fallible people who are also the ones we love. This story does that beautifully.
