Further proof that Will Ferrell has lost all sense of what is truly funny and is just hoping that his wild screaming and gesticulating will eventually hit someone's funnybone.
Some of the jokes eventually connect and I appreciate the ribbing of our 24 hour news networks, but without the presence of Steve Carell and Kristen Wiig I'm not sure I would have ever actually laughed out loud.
