Review of Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013) by Lance F — 22 Sep 2016
Given the rather poor reviews, I avoided this movie till recently on cable. FInally happened to see it several weeks ago, and found it hilarious. Quite underrated in my opinion. There's several scenes approaching comedic genius, for instance when they're all trying to impress their new black boss with how 'down' they are with black people ('African and Americans' as Burgundy insists).
The movie is set at a time when the media outlets began to become politically polarized, and it suggests Burgundy was the founding father of, ostensibly, FOX news.
