A classic in the courtroom drama genre, elevated by Jimmy Stewart's fantastic performance, and based on a real case. Shot nearly on location in the U.P. of Michigan, it's long and winding, but the film is within itself, a perfectionist. Every angle examined, every aspect covered, making for a thorough and engrossing movie.
Stewart fans and genre fans will eat it up. Are you both? You've probably already seen this and enjoyed it.
