If you love giant monsters, well here's one that revolves around a giant snake that is so unbelievable, you need to suspend your belief. In any case, Anaconda starts off in a rather slow pace that ends with a huge explosion.
Lead actress Jennifer Lopez just do not make it much as a heroine and Jon Voight playing the bad guy seems more annoyingly silly with that look of a villain. The special effects on the snake is a nice touch but sadly, the plot is rather terribly written and ends up like a B-Graded movie.
If you like giant snakes with a B-Graded feel, Anaconda might be up your alley.
