Review of An American Werewolf in London (1981) by Suneel J — 13 Dec 2011
A cult-classic in the werewolf monster genre. A very original twist on the legendary and classic tale of the werewolf. The characters are very likable and seem genuine in their thoughts and actions. The music sequences are in sync with the scenes and the exceptional scenery and portrayal of the English moors is nothing short of perfection.
Oddly-placed humour and realistic plot turns make this an enjoyable film. The end may turn many viewers off, but doesn't accurately represent the brilliance of the film's total being.
