Review of An American Werewolf in London (1981) by Brianda B — 26 Feb 2010
An actual informative review of the common mythos of lycanthropy. Of course, the revolutionary makeup is the best quality of the film, as any Baker fan would assert, I'm sure. Worth the cost of viewing as rental solely based on Rick Baker's successful effort to illustrate a werewolf's transformation.
Plot is basic, but tight; unfortunately lacking in detail, and weakened by dialogue. But the makeup - wonderful!
