Review of An American in Paris (1951) by Heather E — 15 Jun 2008
Gene Kelly is magnificent in this movie. He proves yet again that he is one of the greatest dancers/ performers of the 20th century. Set in Post WWII Paris, the scenery is beautiful and the music is great.
Athough Leslie Caron's character Lisa is two timing Gene, she's so hot that you cant really be mad at her. Don't you hate that? The last dast scene is a little long but overall a great movie.
