The film is pretty good, but that's pretty much it. it's pretty good. there's nothing that stands out except gene kelly is wonderful yet again and that french main actress is a great dancer, yet seems to have a whole lot of teeth, i'm talking about shark teeth.
but other than that, the music is ok, the dancing is fine, nothing horrible nothing wonderful. kind of a disappointment since I had heard of this film for such a long time.
