Review of An American Haunting (2005) by Cristina V — 25 Mar 2008

I was very dissapointed because I thought this would have been scarier, and believe me, it doesn't take much to scare me, specially with paranormal movies, those tend to freak me out big time, but it was ho-hum.

At first it felt like a very Hallmark movie, but as the story moves forward it gets better. It's so frustating, this was based on a true story, they could have done so much with it! Some things I just didn't get, I mean, if you just witnessed your daughter been bitchslapped in her room, would you leave her there alone and go drink a cup of coffee?!?!
