An infuriating tale of a drugged-up mother of 6 who tortures a sixteen-year-old girl with hers and other neighbourhood kids. the movie, a true story, is pointless and extremely difficult to watch, especially given the fact that it is done with a limited amount of sensitivity and restraint.

it's vulgar and disturbing, not much else. and then there's that god-awful, crass ending. but ellen page, even without loads of dialogue, is pretty impressive as the girl.
