Review of An Affair to Remember (1957) by Rachel P — 08 Feb 2008
I loved the first part of this movie more than the second. Let's just say it was diminished as soon as the chorus of impossibly angelic indigent children sang Christian songs to a parapalegic Debra Karr.
The couples' charades in order to avoid being seen together on a cruise boat are classic. Needless to say, the storyline is classic and Cary Grant is his usual suave self.
