Review of An Affair to Remember (1957) by Kristy P — 02 Apr 2010
Lots of good dialogue in this movie. It gets you involved with the characters and you want them to figure things out, but I thought it was just stupid that Terry refuses to tell him why she didn't show up at the tower.
Also, the movie would be much more watchable if they got rid of all the music segments from the movie. Maybe one or two would have been tolerable, but they probably could have cut out 30 minutes of filler from the movie by dispensing with the singing bits. But who wouldn't want to see the cute little kids do two musical numbers?
