An Actor Prepares feels the worst possible title that could have chosen for this generic father/son road trip story, in which the most goofy possible situations seem to happen without any laughs or emotional impact.
You would think Jeremy Irons and Jack Huston would be too good for this, but they seem to commit more here than was necessary.
