Was vaguely familiar with basic detail of Amy Winehouse passing - but the movie was an outstanding film ---with almost the entire picture loaded with film of her life... as her father basically video taped her life --and those she was involved with.
.. She is the actual actor in the story of her life (not by her design) --which may have robbed her of her privacy and contributed to her downfall much more than her success....The viewer almost gets the feeling that you also lived in the household.
You also see many performances and on screen lyrics she wrote.. You can't help but appreciate her talent but pity her for being stuck in a glaring cinematic cage & isolation without privacy .RA REVIEWS.
