Review of Amour (2012) by Dylan R — 02 Feb 2013
It's at times romantic and touching. It is at times devastating. As intertwined as these two characters are it almost seems unfair to single one actor out, but since Emmanuelle Riva got the Oscar nomination and her co star did not, I will say that Jean Louis Trintignant's performance is just as effective if not a little bit more so.
I didn't love parts of te ending, but I definitely recommend. It isn't a movie young people will want to watch, but they should.
