Review of Amour (2012) by Tim M — 24 Feb 2013
Extremely strong slice of French life film. It doesn't follow any sort of American filmmaking method at all. There was no sentimentality, although feelings were deeply expressed. It was so hard to witness this man's care-giving of his wife in her final days, and it reminded me of watching my dad go through the final 4 months of his life.
