Review of Amour (2012) by Chiek E — 12 Apr 2013
I was completely wrong in expecting a slow film. This is a heart wrenchingly beautiful film about aging, sickness, devotion and dying with dignity. Something about this french film on life's hard realities that is so watchable is the stellar cast.
So real so convincing and so moving are the couple's devotion to each other. The ending was a surprise and so beautiful.
