Awesome in it's total dedication to the theme "love sucks". One could see the ending as hopeful. It's an incredibly powerful film, enjoyed it a lot. A strong, raw visual style.
I wonder how they did all the dogs? There were many scenes of the dogs that looked dead...tranquilizers? No way they actually killed them...
