Review of Amnesty (2012) by Roy S — 05 Apr 2012
An unhappy Albanian movie (other kinds do exist, surprisingly) about a man and woman who meet and fall in love while reluctantly visiting their spouses for the conjugal visits foisted upon their country by the meddlesome EU.
When a film like this has no music you know things are not going to go well for the characters. It is well acted, and gives a glimpse into a country with many, many problems.
