Review of American Zombie (2007) by Kerri L — 19 Mar 2009

This started out to be a great black comedy in the format of a mockumentary. Zombies trying to assimilate in modern society - much like one of the underlying themes in the True Blood series - is presented by way of zombie interviews and shadowing in their everyday non-lives.

Unfortunately the film moves at a rather slow pace with a disappointing ending. Still worth a watch if you have an alternative perspective on life and a good sense of humor.
