Review of American Sniper (2014) by Plain C — 25 Jan 2016
Clint Eastwood delivers another solid best picture nominee. The entire cast performs extremely well with Cooper giving the performance which deserves the hype. The film is extremely well paced throughout showing the horrors of war and what gets dragged back home.
A great bio-pic in a time when they are few and far between; while also showing the War in Iraq in a light which has been seen since, 2008's, The Hurt Locker. I would recommend this to any fan of military bio-pics or just film in general.
