Review of American Me (1992) by Brent M — 25 Feb 2008
A movie about gang violence, and centers on an older man who is released from prison, and doesn't want to be part of it anymore, but he can't avoid his past. There have been better movies with this same plot (Carlito's Way comes to mind) but his is a watchable and enjoyable movie, it won't make any of your top 10 lists though.
