Review of American Made (2017) by Matt W — 30 Sep 2017

Here are my quick thoughts on the film I really enjoyed it. The film tells the true story story of Barry Seal played by Tom Cruise he's a TWA pilot who gets involved with the CIA and as drug runner in Central America in the late 70s and in the mid 80s.

I thought it was very well directed, written and acted. This is one of Tom Cruise's best roles I've seen him in a while. The film was fun, engaging and believable. The things I thought could've done better was that I wish they dive deeper with Tom Cruise's character of what he struggling and what he's going through with the CIA and the cartel.

Overall, this is a solid entertaining film you should go see it.
