Review of American Made (2017) by Dawdlingpoet — 27 Nov 2021

I struggle to feel sorry for most any character played by Tom Cruise. This is another film in which he plays an extroverted, show off type and in that sense it didn't appeal to me. The fact its based on a real person/true story did make me more intrigued to see it and there are some decent chase scenes and cinematography.

I wouldn't say its entirely engrossing throughtout but as a semi-basic escapist action film, its alright. I think thats about all I can say for it.
