It's a fun ride with Tom Cruise on top charm. Based on Barry SEals fantastic adventures in the drugs and arms trade courtesy of the White House, CIA and the Medalin cartel. However, for all it's pleasures the film manages to stay only surface deep which helps it slip down easily but without much lasting effect.
..much like Tom Cruise's smile.
