Poor acting + Poor writing + Lame underdeveloped characters.
Poor effects too.
Also, there's a subplot about a group of characters trying to do "something" to them, that never gets resolved, just like the stoned guy in the bathroom.
But, in the end, you're just happy the movie is over.
