Review of American History X (1998) by Liam C — 17 Jun 2015
At the beginning if AHX, I hated the main characters, but the movie does such a good job at developing them I couldn't help but feel for them by the end. This is a movie that shows how terrible racism is, and that senseless violence doesn't solve anything, all while being backed by strong political undervalue rent.
It does a good job at displaying the racist argument so we understand why they think this way, and then showing us how that state of minpulls you into a deeper hole.
