An underground musical movement gets its lackluster homage with this documentary that starts out good, but by the end of 98 minutes the film dissolves into mush, unable to single out any particular moment or climax.
Perhaps most ironically, all of the self-destructive youth who created this music grew up, decided they were young and stupid and became CPAs.
