Review of American Graffiti (1973) by Nick K — 19 Dec 2010

I have very mixed reactions to this film. On one hand, I can understand why it was critically acclaimed since it does depict one last night of teen/high school life during the 60s...which for many is probably reminiscent.

However on a personal note, seeing as I was not around in the 60s to actually experience the life that was depicted, there was no nostalgia for me. This is another case of a movie that may be good for some (and therefore not a bad movie), but one that simply wasn't for me.
