Review of American Graffiti (1973) by Chris L — 04 Jul 2013
In the high-school coming-of-age film pantheon, this is the magnum opus. This works as both a time capsule for the era in which it is set as well as a universally relatable portrait of the most conflicting time in any American young adult's life.
Dreyfuss is a great everyman, and it's fun to see Ron Howard as an arrogant weasel.
