Mitch had a charmed life until one day when a terrorist attack ended with his fiance shot in front of his eyes. He begins a rogue mission to avenge her. The CIA has a different idea. His skills are not teachable and they recruit him to become part of an elite squad of counterterrorist operatives.

Unfortunately, at the same time he gets recruited, a former operative steals a nuclear weapon and begins his own campaign of vengeance against the United States. The film descends into a color by numbers tale of reckless new recruit learning to adapt under pressure.

Guess who comes out on top and which old school spook learns to love the kid.
