Even with a plenty of fun action sequences & some fine performances from ones like Dylan O'Brian & the talented Michael Keaton to make this movie enjoyable, American Assassin couldn't (properly) put itself together with an all-over-the-place plot, a minority of weak motivations and a forgettable villain.
Nevertheless, it was not awful to watch.
