I'm sorry this Siskel guy (the interviewer) has really made it difficult to let the audience make their own opinions. He's basically interrogating Powell from his own biased opinions. Powell has separated himself from the book and has lived his own life trying to do good.
All that Siskell is doing is trying to make him feel guilty and make try to make all these connections. A completely biased "documentary.".
