A thoroughly good yarn if not entirely historicaly accurate... some of the anochronisms of the dialogue and accents (american) are a little off putting but neither should stand in anyones way of enjoying this musical epic .
.. F Murray is excellent, Tom Hulce does a decent joba and the sets and costumes are amongst the best i've ever seen.
