Review of Altered States (1980) by Matt S — 04 Apr 2009

I took a big step out of my comfort zone and saw this movie, and I was surprised that I didn't hate it. I liked the out-of-this-world visuals, and the story was radical but seemed to make sense. I wanted the main character to find the truths he was looking for through his experiments, and he did.

I wanted a happy ending, and I got it. Don't think I would see it again, but it was interesting.
