Review of Alpha and Omega (2010) by Darin S — 17 Mar 2011
I was dissapointed with how much potential for this movie didn't show up. The graphics weren't state of the art but that's ok. The storyline was predictable, as if there were little snippets of well-known movies in there.
The end, also, makes you feel like there was more to be told, like it cut short in the middle of a scene. Also a few unnecessary characters and scenes. There are really good actors in this movie, a few little funny bits here and there and that helped.
An anology: A little rocket that made it halfway into orbit, almost fell to the ground and blew up, but the laughs and cast took it into low orbit instead. Recap: Could have been a great movie, but it turned out ok.
It was a fun ride though, with the 'inner-kid' storyline.
