Not a stellar movie but not necessarily a bad one. What it doesn't show in story and animation makes up for it with good character development, a memorable musical score and beautiful landscaping.
And if you feel no feels at all during a specific three minutes aboard a steam train boxcar, something's obviously weird with you.
