Review of Along Came a Spider (2001) by Nick H — 10 Jun 2009
Two stars to Morgan Freeman, who seemed to struggle to hold together so many silken narrative strands of spindley guff. The story (at least as a novel) proves that this could have been as nearly spun and edgy as, say, Se7en, but it was so choppy, monotonous and obvious, it really wasn't worth the bother.
