David E. Talbert's 'Almost Christmas' (2016) is awful. Drama elements mix with comedy elements to become a film that is neither dramatic or comedic. This film is so tediously unnecessary, I was visibly cringing in my seat at every attempted joke, cringing uncontrollably when three of the characters unironically dabbed.
Do not see this film, it's torture.
