Definitely better than the previous ones. Revealing more of the world and a world that kind of make sense worked out for me. All great special effects. Good action. Not at all boring. The only thing snagging for me is that David has so much power and did not use the memory wipe out in a selective manner to keep the peace.

Of course, this might have made the story too complicated or boring for real. Plus, the end with David watching it all and remaining calm suggests there might be explanations coming in the next installment.

I think the whole is well imagined although I recall bits of stories from the dark ages.
